Inverso gives you two convenient ways to manage your projects' lifecycle by changing their status.

Method 1: From the all-projects board (drag & drop)

This is the fastest method if you're using the card view (Widgets):

  1. Go to the "Projects" section.
  2. Make sure you're viewing projects as cards (Widgets).
  3. Simply grab the project card and drag it to the column of the desired new status:
  • Planned
  • In progress
  • Completed
  • On hold The system will update the status automatically.

Method 2: From the project settings

If you prefer a more traditional method or are using the table view:

  1. Open the project.
  2. Go to the "Settings" tab.
  3. Find the "Select status" drop-down menu.
  4. Select the new status from the list.
  5. Click the "Save" button.

Changing the status helps you filter your work and focus on the tasks that are currently active.
